October 2019 Prayer Letter

The Harvest

As we travel around and select the fruit of the harvest we enjoy the fresh corn, apples, peaches, squash, pumpkins and so on… but we recognize, The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. (Jer. 8:20). This is a sad truth and Paul reiterates this with stern critique in his first letter to the Corinthian church, Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. (I Cor. 15:34).

How shameful it is to selfishly live in Christ when there are those around us dying in sin. Get out there and tell them about Jesus and His saving grace. Summer is ended and there are those whom are not saved. It’s time to reap the harvest!

Thank you for your prayers during our recent ministries with local fellowships, migrant workers, and a men’s conference in Camp Hill,PA.

 

Please pray for us as well, as we prepare to depart once again for central Ontario to minister with several church congregations, pregnancy ministries, two church camps and whatever else the Lord places before us… as you know, it always seems to be an adventure, stay tuned.
